Pahlevani and Zurkhaneh Sports Training Workshop Held in Kampala

A five-day intensive training course on Pahlevani and Zurkhaneh sports was held from December 6 to 10, 2025 in Uganda. The workshop brought together 30 participants, including students from different Ugandan universities, as well as members of the Uganda National Zurkhaneh Team. Under the instruction of a specialized coach dispatched by the Zoorkhaneh Sports Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, participants underwent training in the techniques and traditional rituals of this ancient discipline.
